91 Camaro Z28 V8 5.0 5-speed, having problems shifting. I could really use some istance.?

Just a couple of days ago, I drove through a huge puddle in my camaro and shortly afterwards, i started having problems.I tried to shift to 4th but it wouldnt go in, and had a grinding noise. Then to 3rd but nothing, then to 2nd; i got it in, but had to force it. I had to pull over. Afterwards, i tried to put it into any gear but nothing. I waited like 20 min then it started to go back into the gears.So i started to take it back home, and it seemed ok.But then it started to mess up again after 5-10 min of driving. It didnt want to accept the gears so i had to force it in. I waited a day, then gave it a test run. At first it's ok, then it starts to mess up. It seems it messes up when the car heats up. Could it be the pressure plate,complete clutch, or ? Did water get in and messed up the clutch or got into the ? I could really use some help here. I am FREAKING OUT!
