Threatening that they will give a legal complaint?

Hi I am residing in a Rented House for past 6 months , It has totally 2floors (G + F) and I am residing in the ground floor my Houseowners sister is residing in the first floor, Rental Agreement has been made by House owners Legal Power Of Attorney he is a nice person, my HO(house owner) is in dubai. my HO sister was speaking to us nicely (She is Patient she is suffering from Depression her husband told) Now suddenly she has stopped talking with us and she is askin to vacate the house with in a months time,but I told that u have no rights to tell this as u have not made the Rental Agreement with us ,We took this matter to Power of Attorney holder he said I will not involve in this matter and I will also not ask you to vacate the house, but now after 1months time she has started to quarrel with us daily we told her that we cant vacate the house, Now she and her husband are threatning us that if we dont vacate the house the will give a Police complaint against me (Eve Teasing case)(or I am wanted trying to quarrel with her wife who is alone in the house her husband says) I am a Bachelor staying with my mother and I am a student, but I am confused now what to do?? Kindly someone helpme in this issue and advice me how to tackle this situtation.
