How can I keep my 2 year old dog from tearing my house up?

Does she get enough exercise? Sounds like she's being destructive out of boredom/frustration. Perhaps she also needs some obedience training or agility or flyball or whatever she enjoys to also keep her mind active. Most dogs that start wrecking the house do it because they aren't getting nearly enough exercise.
