BCT graduation/family day info?

when my hubby graduated (from ft. leonard wood), it was december, so it was cold and so we had the family day inside. we just sat in the auditorium and someone gave a little speech, then we went outside, and they marched up the road, and you had enough time to pick out your soldier and get near him before the DS released them. then we went back to the hotel (he was released at 1:30 p.m.), and ate dinner out, and he had to be back at 7:30 p.m. then graduation day, it was inside as well. they marched them into the auditorium, called their names and pinned them on the stage, and then they sat back down and had a little slideshow thing. and then they marched them outside and released them, and by the time we got out there, they were ready to go. we arranged on family day where to meet after graduation. as for what to wear....something cute! he hasn't seen you in 9 weeks (i think that's how long BCT is, my hubby did OSUT, which is BCT and AIT w/out a break in between, so i hadn't seen him in a while by graduation). have fun and enjoy your soldier!
