Are aliens secretly running the government?

Has anyone ever wondered about why so much hate and violence exists in the world, ive been reading up on the word illuminati, which is basically a bunch of people who are above the law, are so powerful and rich, however not on the rich list, it is said that most of the worlds destruction is being slowly planned and masterminded by these people, they are above the government, police, entertainment, (which would explain why they glorify gangster music and violence in films) there ultimate destination is to have a world with one government, people have said there aliens, although i think there more human than anybody, they even decide on the presidency, and make the public think there deciding in order to escape being found out, i really believe all of it, they believe money = power, thats why cosmetic firms are so ruthless in there selling practices, and drug dealers and gangsters becoming musicians, look at the decline in society and tell me its not true, most of what goes on is corrupt
