Im on my period and i have small chunks of meat coming out of my ?

ok so this morning i felt somthing coming out of my and when i went to look at iwhat it was, i saw a small chunk of meat sitting on my pad. when i sat down to pee, more little pieces came out, the largest being about the size of my finger tip. they're not blood clots either, it has a fleshy look and chewy texture to it, and it seems to not have any odor either. it actually looks to be quite tasty lol jk. does anyone know what this could mean thank you
