Quick easy receipe with Parmesan cheese?
Make pasta, add olive oil and grated Parmesan to the cooked pasta. Grate it over tomatoes and cubers to make a salad. Or, for something a little more involved, make pasta with Alfredo sauce. While the pasta is cooking, melt 2 tablespoons er or margarine. When the margarine is melted, mix in 2 tablespoons of flour and stir until the flour is coated in the er. Add 2 cups of milk and one cup of grated Parmesan. If you want to, add about 1 tablespoon of white wine and 1 tablespoon snipped chives. Let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the pasta is done. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and serve. I like to serve this with frozen garlic bread and a salad with Italian dressing. Happy Cooking!
