I need alittle help on this one. i think im having more than one baby?

i am currently 11 weeks 2 days prego. YAY!! and when i got my blood work done at 6 weeks my levels were high cant remember what they were for the life of me. having terrible brain farts lately. but i am having extreme morning,evening, night all day sickness. the doc put me on a rx for it. works wonderfully :) last week i swear i felt the baby move. then right after i felt it on the other side. i have three boys and mc last september, so this is my 5th pregnancy. i have read that you can feel it sooner if you had more children or if its twins or higher. twins do run in my family but on my fathers side grandma had 7 sets (yep shes nuts) so that dont affect my chances. i had a us done at 6 weeks also and they only saw one baby with a heart rate of 120bpm. measure right on track and all. we are tryin for a girl we have all boys now. i have gained alittle bit of weight but i think that i would have gained more if i wasnt sick so much earlier on. i only got my rx two weeks ago, i had morning sickness since i found out. i can already feel my uterus its right at the top of my hairline on my pubic bone. i have no idea what to do, how do i tell my dr i think its more without sounding nuts, and to get another us? deep down i know it is twins. what do you think? thank you. baby dust to all who are ttc
