Trust- How do I make final payout to a beneficiary?

I am the Trustee of my late Mother's Trust, One of the beneficiaries of the trust is demanding an immediate payment of half what he is owed in exchange for forfeiting any other moneys that may be owed to him. If I do this how do I protect the Trust and myself from him coming back at a later date and demanding the other half.
