Do you think DC and marvel comics need a reboot?

DC needs a reboot. I buy DC comics weekly and still have very little clue what is going on... excluding Superman. Marvel is a bit more reader friendly, excluding the Skrull stories. I'd love to see new and fresh stories from both DC and Marvel, vs. building onto their very rich but confusing history.
