Bush declares global war on uncertainty and blamed uncertainty and fear for global financial crisis?

Only a liberal would accuse president Bush of being solely responsible for the economic mess we're in. And only a liberal would expect Bush to fix the economy and pull out of Iraq so that Barrack Obama can have an easier time if elected. Since NONE of you have any love or faith in president Bush, why expect him to solve all of this country's problems in the next 3 months?
