Well excuse me Unite but aren't the cheap flights a concession? It is not a contractual agreement is it,and it annoys me that they are entitled to an unlimited number of standby tickets.I am off to Canada Friday and for the first time in years I'm not flying BA. I am going Air Canada,being loyal has become to expensive.
