Metal sliver lodged in back of throat?

I'm in a shop cl right now and i think I inhaled a rather large particle of either bronze or aluminum while sanding/turning. It's lodged in the back of my throat and the surface has started to close itself over the sliver. Any ideas as to how i can remove it easily? Thanks
