I have a frozen caliper slide pin.?

I need to change the brake pads on my 2005 Ranger and found a frozen caliper slide pin that I am unable to remove. I have tried kroil, I have tried pounding and prying and I am unable to get the pin out. Does anyone have any tricks or advice on how I might be able to do this?
