Creationists: Will you help my research by commenting on these beneficial mutations?

Many creationists believe in adaption of a species. It would be completely wrong to say there has never been a beneficial mutation. However, if you consider all of the metabolic functions in one cell with its checks and balances, negative feedback, etc, I have begun to realize that not only would each of these mutations have had to occur in order for evolution to be plausible, they all would have to occur at the same time. Looking at a bigger picture, it wouldn't do much good for a lung fish to evolve the ability to breath air if he didn't have the immune system to allow him to live around new pathogens or the legs to be able to move around or the ability to hide from new predators. Plus, unless these were all dominate trait mutations, these mutations would have to happen in a male and a female at the same time.
