Can I take legal action against the Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society (Jehovah's Witnesses)?

I seriously doubt if you have grounds to sue them over religious freedom but you may possibly have grounds on mental anguish. But some form of mental issues would be your best hope. Even tho i never fell for there fear tactics or teachings after studying with them for a few weeks i still remember how quickly there attitude towards my Wife and i changed when we told them thanks for coming but we've decided that we no longer were interested in there teachings. They will say it was not said in anger i'm sure but the last words that were said to me as they left my home for the final time was the crows and black birds would eat out my eyes during Armageddon.
